First, remove surface debris and organic growth by scraping and
brushing.
All wooden surfaces must be scraped to a porous surface ready for
the application of MOULDGUARD Fungicidal Cleaner.

For optimal biocidal effectiveness, apply the treatment to dry
surfaces. You can use a brush, ro ler, or spray application.

After applying the treatment, scrub the areas with an appropriate
brush and let it sit for up to 20 minutes.

It may be necessary to repeat the process for heavily
contaminated areas.

Ensure the MOULDGUARD Fungicidal Cleaner does not dry out if
you are primarily using the product as a cleaner.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Biocidal protection
When treating wood, before re-coating, a low the
treatment to remain for 24 hours, to ensure the
fungus/mould does not reoccur, maximising its
biocidal effect by a lowing the solution to penetrate
the wood.

Finally, rinse or wipe down the treated surfaces with
clean water to remove residues and dead growth.
Allow the area to dry completely before proceeding
with any further treatment
